  • Increased understanding of the science underlying enhanced produce safety practices, including: What we know, and what we do not know
  • Increased understanding of practices that are, or could be, contributing to enhanced produce safety.
  • Identification and discussion of any regional practice considerations important for enhancing produce safety.
  • Identification and discussion of any commodity specific considerations in the development of regulations.
